This paper briefly introduces GIZ’s Regional Programme Health in Central Asia including country backgrounds, partners and key areas of commitment.

The guidelines for facilitators of the Join-in-Circuit (JiC) Tajikistan contain recommendations for planning and implementing the effective work with young people, The goal is to provide young people with knowledge and skills on the issues of HIV prevention through innovative models. The manual contains the principles of the JiC, a technical description and instructions for installing the JiC; a detailed specification of the different stations as well as tools for monitoring and evaluation.
